Jerry A. Nickerson PE, CxA, CMVP

Jerry is a 40-year professional in the Engineering and Construction industry and held highly responsible roles in the design, construction, and operations of facilities. As an owner and operator of buildings, he understands the genesis of successful projects must begin early in their life span.
He founded Facilities Science Inc. to address this concept, which he believes provides owners the best in project leadership for their programs. Jerry stresses leadership requires an early commitment to the development of communication and planning processes. It must be repeatable, documentable, and accountable.
His philosophy is coupled with the application of industry best practices, constructibility reviews, schedule optimization, and project budgeting. These provide the ability to negotiate win-win solutions for all project stakeholders. Attaining alignment, collaboration, and commitment by all team members assure the best opportunity for owners’ project success.
