Martel College at Rice University

Provided Program Management services for this unique first-class college consisting of dormitories with full study hall and cafeteria facilities. Work collaboratively with the owner to develop a program and budget. Teamed with a design architect and local production architect for design development. Working with the construction manager at risk developed the schedule and preconstruction budget. Through construction monitored and tracked progress, budget, and quality to maintain the standards required by Rice University.
