Performed Construction Quality assurances and commissioning services for this project, which houses County Medical Examiner’s office and Criminal Investigator Laboratory.  The project consisted of 109,702 square feet at a budget of $46M and was completed in July 2009.  It contained training facilities and laboratories with extensive exhaust and air supply control requirements. This was to ensure state regulatory compliance.
