Dallas County Records Building

Performed Program Management services for this $200M bond program.  The project consisted of complete interior demolition and reconstruction of a 230,000 square foot Dallas County Criminal Court, Annex, and Records Buildings.  Performed as the owner’s representative on this complex project and included oversite on all facets of the project from programming, design, preconstruction, construction, and owner move-in phases.  This project also included managing the LEED certification process, obtaining gold certification as well as the first Dallas County Building to attain Wellness certification while maintaining the National Historic Registration.
