Parkland Hospital Bond Program

Performed as part of a team to manage the $1.33 billion Dallas County Parkland Hospital and Healthcare Program. The program consisted of multiple individual projects designed and constructed over a 6-year period.  Our Program Management team coordinated and planned all aspects of this program from early budgeting and scheduling to design programming and preconstruction services.  We collocated the design and construction teams for these early services in a single office promoting collaboration and improved efficient communication. The program consisted of a new $800M, 2.3 million square feet, 765-bed state of the art Hospital. The program also includes a $45M Woman and Infant Specialty Clinic, $22M parking garage, $65M Medical Office Building, $70M Central Utility Plant, and a $28M Pedestrian Bridge connecting the old Parkland Hospital to the new Parkland Campus.
